Mechtasia is operated by ARCTRAIT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. These Terms of Service are the Supplier Agreement between you and ARCTRAIT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED for access to Mechtasia products and the platform.

Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing content on Mechtasia, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Provide accurate profile information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments and refunds

Project and learning-path prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for payment and refund matters.

When you complete a purchase, your Transaction with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). These Terms govern your use of the Product and Mechtasia platform as the Supplier Agreement.

Purchases are one-time digital products with instant online access. Refunds and withdrawals are described in our Refund Policy (/refunds) and Paddle’s Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

Content license

Purchased projects and learning paths are licensed for your personal or team learning use unless a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise.

You may not redistribute videos, CAD packages, project files, or other course materials outside your licensed use.

Certificates earned through completed learning paths remain associated with your account as described on each product page.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of platform policies.

You may close your account at any time from account settings; some records may be retained as required by law.
